These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set out the conditions for using Sodachi (the "Service"). Please use the Service only if you agree to these Terms.
These Terms apply to all matters relating to use of the Service. The Service is a private service for sharing photos among family members and close friends, and is available only to those who have been invited.
Using the Service requires signing in by email, or with a Google or LINE account.
You are responsible for looking after your own means of signing in. Please take care not to pass sign-in links or share links to third parties.
The rights to the photos and comments you upload remain with you (or the rightful owner). The Service will never use them without your permission.
The Service stores and displays this data only to the extent needed to provide the Service.
Please make sure that you hold the necessary rights to the photos you upload, and that you have considered the wishes of the people appearing in them.
When using the Service, you must not:
・Act in violation of laws or public order and morals
・Infringe the rights of others (copyright, likeness rights, privacy, and so on)
・Interfere with the operation of the Service, or place an excessive load on it
・Gain or attempt to gain unauthorized access
・Impersonate other users or third parties
The Service is operated by an individual, and its contents may change, be temporarily suspended, or be discontinued. If a significant change is planned, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice in advance.
The Service is provided free of charge.
We take care to protect your data, but we cannot accept responsibility for loss of data or malfunctions arising from causes beyond the operator's control, such as network conditions or failures of external services.
For photos that matter to you, we recommend also keeping your own separate backup.
We may update these Terms as needed. If we do, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the last updated date.
